Our approach

We are a purpose-driven company that touches all phases of business: strategy, design, development, content creation and marketing, SEO and SEM — plus horizon watching, problem-solving and innovation. Among our many incredible partners are the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Heifer International and the Dallas Zoo.

We take an iterative approach, so as a Senior Backend Developer, you’ll help us determine the best path in order to complete critical pieces first.

Remaining flexible is important in serving our partners so that they can continue to focus on their missions. If there’s an urgent need, team members jump in to help deliver seamless service.

That collaborative environment also extends to how we support our team members.

Along with competitive compensation and benefits, we empower each other through consistent encouragement, creative events (that remain virtual for now), and regular programming around topics that are integral to our industry and culture.

We’re constantly striving to support our team members and continue to explore benefits that do just that.
