What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help us and our clients reach new audiences and engage with them in a more meaningful way. You’ll put the best practices of digital marketing and content development into action, no matter the platform. You’ll continually learn from the results of your work and you’ll constantly alter your strategies to deliver impact.

And you’ll have a lot of fun doing it.

As the Marketing and Content Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and Content to provide digital marketing services and achieve desired results for clients and Lifeblue itself. Ultimately, the marketing and content team ensures the integrity of a solid plan, resourcing and evaluation of client services for Lifeblue clients with an emphasis on value back to the business KPIs and desired value.

Key Metrics

  • High client satisfaction for Lifeblue marketing services
  • Adherence to the KPIs set forth in annual planning for client services
  • Awareness and growth of the Lifeblue brand in digital formats

Duties

  • Establishes and oversees a production schedule for delivery of marketing services for Lifeblue clients.
  • Hits deadlines for assets/deliverables for clients, including but not limited to writing, proofreading and editing marketing emails, social media posts, banner ad copy, website content and any other kinds of collateral needed to carry out campaigns.
  • Creates, updates and delivers analytics reports that measure campaign effectiveness for Lifeblue clients on a regular schedule as needed.
  • Carries out Lifeblue marketing initiatives to generate audience engagement and new business, including managing social media accounts, writing blog posts and case studies and promoting the company’s work through PR channels and other campaigns.
  • Gets stuff done. The kind of stuff we haven’t even figured out yet, the kind of stuff we brainstorm to help us surprise and delight our clients (and ourselves, even).

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Natural leadership abilities and affinity for building rapport, internally and externally
  • Familiarity with digital marketing practices, a deft writing touch and an understanding of writing with voice (plus the confidence to use your own).
