Lifeblue is a full-service digital media agency on a mission to help our partners make their greatest impact — socially, culturally or economically. We’re looking for an energetic, aspiring brand storyteller to learn on the job (and teach us a few things, too) as a content marketing intern.
We believe work experience with Lifeblue will benefit students who have a wide variety of interests, but this position may be best suited for people who are majoring in marketing, journalism or other disciplines related to publishing and content creation for digital media.
The intern will report to the director of content and will work with a variety of Lifeblue team members to ensure that the narratives we put out into the world match the intended messaging, with some surprise and delight built in, too. It is our goal to provide the intern with practical experience in the field of digital content marketing, primarily on behalf of Lifeblue itself and secondarily in support of a small number of its clients. The ideal candidate aspires to develop better skills as a writer, marketer, content producer or a similar role. Excellent writing and communication skills are vital to a successful internship, as are flexibility, a strong work ethic and critical-thinking skills.
In your experience-of-a-lifetime semester with Lifeblue, you will:
You will work with a collective of T-shaped individuals, including talented designers and developers, thoughtful strategists and solution designers and engaging business leaders. It's our common practice to share best practices and helpful knowledge from our individual crafts with one another so that we all broaden and deepen our approach to our work. You will take part in this practice as well, through weekly lunch-and-learns, one-on-one interviews and relationship building.
